Nádúr Deli’s Nature’s Table Club offers a distinctive + immersive Cork City food experience: intimate gatherings in an 18th-century building, located in the heart of the city’s historic quarter. Guests will explore local seasonal produce, learn new culinary skills, and gain insights into Nádúr’s ethos through interactive masterclasses led by our owners, chefs, and baristas.

For the winter months, we are transforming Nádúr Deli into a creative events space for a unique and immersive experience for our guests.

For the first time in eight years, our Development Chef Charlotte Murphy will host a series of cooking demos that take you behind the scenes of our kitchens.

In this relaxed three-hour experience, guests will enjoy Charlotte craft + demonstrate seasonal dishes inspired by Cork’s finest local ingredients — exploring creativity, sustainability, and the unique food philosophy behind Good Day Deli and Nádúr Deli.

Step behind the scenes and into the creative heart of Nádúr Deli with Chef Charlotte Murphy.

Enjoy a 3-hour cooking masterclass led by Charlotte, Nádúr Deli’s development chef, who has been with the team for eight years. This immersive experience allows guests to learn from an experienced Chef, exploring seasonal Cork ingredients, mastering new culinary techniques, and discovering the food philosophy of Good Day Deli and Nádúr Deli.

In this relaxed and engaging three-hour experience, guests will watch Charlotte craft seasonal dishes that celebrate Cork’s finest local ingredients — showcasing creativity, sustainability, and ways to recreate the flavours + dishes at home.
