Guests will explore local seasonal produce, learn new culinary skills, and gain insights into Nádúr’s ethos through interactive masterclasses led by our owners, chefs, and baristas.”
For the winter months, we are transforming Nádúr Deli into a creative events space for a unique and immersive experience for our guests.

For the first time in eight years, our Development Chef Charlotte Murphy will host a series of cooking demos that take you behind the scenes of our kitchens.
In this relaxed three-hour experience, guests will enjoy Charlotte craft + demonstrate seasonal dishes inspired by Cork’s finest local ingredients — exploring creativity, sustainability, and the unique food philosophy behind Good Day Deli and Nádúr Deli.

Join us for our Nature’s Table Pastry Class - “Cakes + Confectionary for Easter”
Step behind the scenes and into the creative heart of Good Day Deli + Nádúr Deli’s Pastry + Bakes with Chef Eric Nolan.
Enjoy a 3-hour experience led by Eric, Good Day Deli’s pastry chef, who has been with the team for seven years. This immersive experience inviteds guests to explore techniques, textures, and flavour combinations while discovering the food philosophy of Good Day Deli and Nádúr Deli.
In a relaxed and engaging setting, guests will watch Eric craft sweet pastries for Easter, learning how to recreate pastry bases, toppings, and flavour pairings at home. Along the way, Eric shares how our chefs think, taste, and create—bringing creativity, sustainability, and seasonality to every plate.
This is a chance to see how our chefs think, taste, and create, while enjoying the food and the stories that make it special. Emphasis is placed on high quality produce (as local as possible), creativity, sustainability, and Good Day Deli’s signature style.
